When I failed my oral exam because I was, at the time, very young (only 17) and appearing insecure for the Hotel management school, I directly enrolled for IBL. My affinity with different languages and the combination of international business with intercultural aspects made that I was really at the right spot.

Principal subjects / occupational skills covered:

Exportmanagement, Marketingcommunication and PR , International Business, Languages ( English, French, German) Communication, Research methods ( Excel), Microeconomics, Intercultural management, International law and Consultancy.

Cases from business life and many different projects, like Export plan and/ or Marketing communicationplan.

Sept 2008- Feb 2009: International Business Skills minor incl. HRM, International Sales, Golf for business, Oenology and International Marketing.

My very first experience abroad on my own. It was only a couple days after turning 19 years old. I think it was one of the worst days in the life of my parents, when they left me behind in that smelly student dorm room in Liège...

At this moment I already started learning French & German in addition to English.
