I am Linda a Dutchie living in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium. I have been working 12 years as an International Business Developer in promotional textiles & accessories.

January 2022 - Now
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER
So one year ago I went from selling textiles into selling plant based pastries. A completely different market but that was making it very challenging. It is a perfect combination of my passion for sweets and sales & marketing skills. On a daily basis I work with our team of operators to ensure the quality of the products, while at the same time I am in contact with customers all over the world. Preparing samples, meetings & tastings and contribute to the development of new products. I learn a lot every single day and I am very happy that I jumped on this opportunity.

ACCOUNT MANAGER > INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPER
When people ask me what I did when I was working at TopTex Group, I often said "I sell promotional textiles". This is what I did in essence and what I was hired for in the first place as Account Manager for The Netherlands & Liège area. My role within the company evolved over the years giving me the opportunity to learn a lot and becoming a very hybrid asset.

EXPORT ASSISTANT
While in Paris, I've worked for an international language school. They were looking for a way to expand their business to the Netherlands. I conducted different kinds of research helping them making the right choice.
